You may return defective media items only for a replacement. All returns must be received back in to us within 30 days after it was initiated. We do not return the entire set of Thai Lakorn, Chinese, or Indian series, only the defective parts.

For all other items:

We will issue a refund for the cost of the items if the items are returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. Media items shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened.

We do refunds if you did not receive your items, there was no delivery confirmation and a second attempt has been made. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
