Orders usually ship within 1-4 business days and delivered within 2-9 days via United States Postal Services. Some items may require longer ship-out and/or delivery time. On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated.

All shipping will include a delivery confirmation tracking number. There is no warrantee on the package (USPS is a dependable and reliable carrier; very rarely do they lose your package). We will not ship the same order twice if the tracking number confirmed a delivery to the address that was provided.

If the delivery timeframe for your item has passed and you still have not received the item, please email us at orders@khmerhut.com.

Shipping exceptions:

Media Rental: It is strictly only available to US and Canada only. Shipping confirmation tracking number to Canada is unavailable, USPS does not offer them. Items are usually shipped via USPS media mail (2-9 business days).

Art: If it is custom order painting please allow a reasonable timeframe for our artist to work on your order. Depending how much workload our local artist has been receiving, the timeframe may vary.

Invitation Cards: Please allow 1-3 weeks to process your invitation cards and a 1-2 week to deliver them. Depending on quantity and the customization of your order, it may take longer. Please keep in mind of the date of your event and the time in which we can make it out to you.

Books, Apparel, and Decorative: Any oversized and unusually heavy item may take longer to ship.
